Report an Issue

If you have a concern about a completed Team Bespoke project, use this page to understand our 12-month workmanship guarantee
and submit the information our team needs to investigate.

Before You Report an Issue

We take the quality of our work seriously. If you believe there may be a fault with your completed landscaping project, please review the information below before submitting your report.

Some changes are a normal part of materials weathering and an outdoor space settling. Our aftercare guides may help you identify whether routine care is required or whether the matter should be investigated by our team.
